Letting Go

The journey towards Awakening often involves navigating the intricate landscape of our inner world. Within this landscape, the concept of "letting go" acts as a guiding principle, a key to unlocking a life of greater peace and fulfillment. Letting go is not merely about releasing past hurts or grudges, but also about relinquishing the tight grip of the ego, the part of us that clings to control and feeds on negativity.

The ego, with its limited perspective rooted in past experiences, often misguides us. It whispers promises of control and security, but these are illusions that shatter when confronted with the unpredictable nature of life. When we react from this ego-driven space, we often create more suffering for ourselves and others. We may find ourselves entangled in anger, resentment, and regret, emotions that cloud our judgment and hinder our ability to truly connect with the present moment.

True freedom lies in recognizing the ego's influence and consciously choosing to let its grasp on you go. I order to do this you must cultivate a mindful awareness of our thoughts and emotions, observe them without judgment. Just imagine your thoughts as clouds passing across the sky of your mind. You are not the clouds but, you are the vast sky that holds them. By creating this separation of our true self from our ego, we gain the power to choose which thoughts to engage and which to let drift by.

Letting go also extends to our relationships with others. When we encounter someone with negativity or hurtful actions against us, it's easy to react with anger and judgment. However, by cultivating compassion and understanding, we can begin to see beyond the surface behavior. Everyone carries their own burdens and wounds, and often, harmful actions stem from a place of deep-seated pain. So choosing empathy over judgment allows us to release the grip of resentment and move towards forgiveness, both for ourselves and others.

Furthermore, letting go also involves embracing the changes of life to further your awakening. Clinging to the past or worrying about the future creates a sense of unease and dissatisfaction. The present moment is all we truly have, and by fully immersing ourselves in it, we open ourselves to a deeper experience of life. This means savoring the simple joys, appreciating the beauty around us, and cultivating gratitude for the present moment, however imperfect it may seem.

So to help us let go of everything holding us back we give ourselves a complete Mental Reset

 A Complete Mental Reset

Every day offers a fresh start, allowing us to build upon our mental achievements. This lesson aims to provide a comprehensive mental rejuvenation practice that can be self-administered daily. This practice can stand alone as a meditation session or complement other meditation techniques. The goal is to refresh all mental areas related to the key aspects of life.

 

A Complete Daily Mental Reset Treatment:

  1. Enter a light meditative state, ensuring relaxation and focus.
  2. In this peaceful state, affirm the following statements to yourself.
  3. After each affirmation, close your eyes briefly, feeling your mind embrace the suggestion.
  4. Sense a spiritual force, a HIGHER POWER, activating mental and spiritual laws to realize your affirmations.

Affirmations:

(If you're not comfortable with the chosen words, choose ones that resonate with you. You can rephrase each affirmation as long as the meaning doesn't lose its context.)

- ATTUNEMENT:

"I relax my mind and body completely as  I enter into a state of Oneness with my Higher Mind"

“Every affirmation that now passes through my mind is immediately a part of the MIND of the UNIVERSE.”

“Every affirmation is given creative power by the MIND of the UNIVERSE for its materialization and realization.”

 

- RELEASE:

"I release all tension and anxiety, trusting the UNIVERSAL MIND within me."

"I let go of fear and doubt, knowing my life is guided to success and happiness from the Higher Power within me."

"I release all hostility toward anyone, embracing ETERNAL PEACE within my UNIVERSAL MIND."

 

- PEACE:

"I rest in a state of peace within myself and the UNIVERSAL PEACE of the Universe."

"Each breath I take is a breath of peace, aligned with my ETERNAL MIND."

 

- ONENESS:

"My mind, body, and soul are one with the Universal Spirit of God."

- SPIRITUAL AWARENESS:

"Each meditation opens my mind to my higher spiritual nature."

"My mind becomes increasingly sensitive to HIGHER SPIRITUAL CONSCIOUSNESS."

“I am sensitive to the mental and spiritual causes behind all conditions and circumstances in life.”
